Life can become a race.
The meetings. The deadlines. The clients. The responsibilities. The endless list of things that need to be done before the day is over. For a long time, that was my life.
I loved the energy of it. I loved being busy, achieving, creating and helping people. But there were days when the pace became overwhelming — when I would leave one meeting rushing to the next, feeling stressed, overstimulated and completely consumed by everything happening around me.

Then I would get into my car. And I would smell my fragrance diffuser. Everything changed. For just a moment, I could breathe. The fragrance created a little pocket of calm in the middle of a chaotic day. It reset my mind. It softened the noise. It gave me the energy to walk into the next meeting, take on the next challenge and keep going.
I didn't realise it at the time, but those little moments of fragrance were becoming something much bigger.

They were moments where I came back to myself. And that's where Life Perfumed began.
When I started thinking about what I wanted more of in my life — more time with my family, more peace of mind, more creativity, more of me — I asked myself a simple question: What could I do every day that I genuinely love, that could create something beautiful, and that could make someone else's life feel a little better too?

The answer was sitting in my car.
A fragrance diffuser I had made myself.
And suddenly it made sense.

If fragrance could give me a moment of peace in the middle of the busiest days, perhaps I could create that feeling for someone else.

That thought became Life Perfumed.
